If you require a service that is unusual due to times or size, E-Mail or call one of our sales team and they will quote and arrange your delivery.

If you have a regular collection or delivery, we can implement a “Set Call” based on your requirements. e.g A daily or twice weekly bank run.

Our software package allows you to print delivery labels in a4 format from your office printer. No need for expensive bespoke label printers.

With our “cost calculator”, you enter the destination and details of your delivery and you will receive an instant quote.

Your goods should be packaged safely and securely to travel through a warehouse environment.

Depending on the service booked, we will ensure that your order is picked up and delivered within our quoted parameters. If you are using our “gold service”, once the job has been allocated you can track the whereabouts of the driver from your Dropzone.ie dashboard.

No, we require the shipment to be packaged and ready for collection before the driver arrives.

You can cancel a job at no charge to you within 10 minutes of placing call. If a call is cancelled after these times a minimum charge will apply.
